| How do I enter my tickets? |

| 1. | Choose the category music or sport where you would like to purchase tickets. | | | | 2. | If you have found your desired event, click the button „Sell“ | | | | 3. | You will then reach the sales form, in which all data concering your event will be automatically entered, such as city, date etc.. You only need to enter specific data, such as seating category, block, row and seats. After completing this form, just send it. | | | | 4. | Please log in or register as a new seller. | | | | 5. | In the internal area, you have the possibility to enter as much tickets as you desire. | | | | 6. | After completion, we will crosscheck your offer and activate it on our site. This will be usually effected within 2 hours. | |

| What must I do, if ventic does not yet have listed my event? |

| In this case you first have to select „sell-tickets“ in the upper menu area. You will directly reach the sellers form. Unlike the preceding step, all standard-data such as event, city and date must be made. |

| Why do you need my creditcard-data? |
| |
| We guarantee the delivery of every ticket and back our assurance with our 100% Money-Back-Guaranty. In order to protect us against fraud, we need to have some sort of security. We are only going to charge your credit card, if you can not supply your pledged tickets in the way agreed on, or the customer uses his right and employs the 100% Money-Back-Guarantee. |

| What does selling at ventic cost? |

| For you as a seller, sales are free of charge. |

| For our services (Adverts, creditcardbilling, trustee-service, money back guarantee, programming, hosting etc.) we charge 30% of the selling price stated by yourself as a seller, to our/your customers. |

| How do I get notified when sales take place and when must I deliver? |
| |
| We will inform you via e-mail about sales and amounts transfered onto our trustee-account. |
| |
| Tickets are to be shipped within 48 hours after having received the notification of sale and details about the shipment are to be listed in your seller-area on www.ventic.de. |

| How and when do I get my money? |
| |
| At the latest 7 days after the deliverer has confirmed, that the delivery was successfull and the seller has not protested, you will recieve your entered selling-price plus the shipping fees payed by the buyer. The amount will be transferred onto your account. |
